Event Tickets & Entry

No Refund Policy
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- If you are unable to attend an event, your ticket may be redeemed for a future RAVAN event, subject to availability and prior notice to the organizers.
- Ticket redemption policies (including validity period and applicable events) are determined at the sole discretion of RAVAN.
Event Changes & Cancellations
- RAVAN reserves the right to modify event details, including date, time, venue, lineup, or program, without prior notice.
- In the event of cancellation, RAVAN may offer ticket transfer, credit, or rescheduling options at its discretion.
- RAVAN is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees (e.g., travel, accommodation).
Code of Conduct
- Attendees must behave responsibly and respectfully at all times.
- Illegal activities, harassment, violence, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- RAVAN reserves the right to remove any attendee without compensation for violations.
Media & Recording Consent
- By attending RAVAN events, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
- RAVAN may use such media for promotional, marketing, and broadcasting purposes without compensation.
Liability Disclaimer
- Attendance at events is at your own risk.
- RAVAN is not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during events, except where required by law.
- Attendees are responsible for their own safety and personal property.
Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, logos, and materials associated with RAVAN are the property of Aasgard (Private) Limited.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Privacy

Force Majeure
RAVAN shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.
